Our relationship with food can be complex and deeply personal. Together, we will explore the emotional, mental, and physical aspects of disordered eating, working toward healing a healthy relationship with food and your body. I offer a non-judgmental space to confront underlying issues like body image, self-esteem, and emotional eating.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years in the helping professions. I have worked in various areas of mental and social services which has provided me with the opportunity to meet and interact with many different types of people. I enjoy working with all types of people, but I am specifically interested in working with couples, individuals with eating disorders or disordered eating, and those struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, or transitions.
